If I am about to employ an employee in Sweden, which are the most important things to keep in mind when writing an employment agreement?

The Employment Protection Act assumes that all employment agreements are full-time and indefinite contracts, unless otherwise specified. Hence if you would like to employ someone for a time-limited period, this must be in writing and according to formal employment forms. If you want to employ someone for part-time this must be in writing, in the employment contract, otherwise the law assumes the employment contract to be full-time.
